Cookies are 100% handmade and edible, each of them is 3,5 inch (9cm) in diameter.

The ingredients are as following:

*gingerbread (flour, margarine, honey, baking powder, ginger spices)
*royal icing (pasteurized egg whites, powdered sugar, food colorings)

If you are planning to buy a cookie, please contact with us beforehand to let us know what would you like to have delivered, the quantity and to assess the total time of order realisation (it takes baking a cookie, making a project, its handcrafting and finally the time of delivery).

The cost of shipping depends on the weight of the package. If the order is smaller, the cost will be lower and vice versa - if the order is bigger, the cost will be higher.

Refund Policy

Before you get the cookie, you receive a detailed photo of the final product, so you can see a real outcome of the work. If you agree with the result, the cookie is sent to you straightaway. Cookies are carefully wrapped and secured, so that you will receive it in untouched condition. In case of any damage that may happen during the transportation, we don't take any responsibility.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

After you have made the order, you have 4 days to finalise the payment. You can cancel it anytime during those 4 days. If you won't do it, the order becomes void.

After you have made the payment, we immediately start the production of the cookie and you cannot cancel the order.

Any objections can be made after you have seen the photo, before shipping. If both parties are happy with the outcome, the product is sent. We don't accept returns nor excahanges for another product after the sending of the package.
